Team Lead, IT Vendor Management Office – GSA
Kyra M. Stewart leads the effort to establish the forthcoming IT Vendor ManagementOffice (ITVMO) in GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service–IT Category. The ITVMO will support Best in Class Solution management, data analytics, vendor relationship management, and provide IT acquisition subject matter expertise. She collaborates with NASA SEWP, NIH’s NITAAC, and OMB to develop this government-wide service. Kyra also served as the Team Lead for the Technology Business Management (TBM) Program Management Office at the General Services Administration. In this role, shesupportedTBM Implementation across the Federal government. With more than$90billion spent on Federal IT each year, her work was integral to increasing cost transparency and enabling better data-driven decision making with IT spend. Kyra began her Federal career at the Department of Transportation as an Economist, before working in hazardous materials grants, process improvement, and innovation.
