Donna Cohen Avery is a member of the Advisory Board at MTX Group, Inc. Donna brings experience and knowledge from her thirty-eight-year career working for the public sector in Massachusetts, most recently at the Department of Early Education and Care as the Associate Commissioner for Field Operation Policy.
Donna is a seasoned professional who has a background in leadership theory and practice, change management, public policymaking, child care licensing, and public sector environments. In addition to her work at MTX, Donna enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with her husband, adult children, and granddaughter.
