You agree that your username, likes, feedback, and any associated comments may become public information; we therefore urge you to exercise caution when deciding to disclose any Personal Information on the Site or through the Services.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Users can see and edit portions of their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Information Collected Automatically

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated, third-party spam detection service.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We may disclose Personal Information to Third Parties such as Event Partners or Sponsors, to other Third Parties to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We may share your information with Partners and Sponsors of This Site or for a particular Event. You will have the ability to indicate whether you consent to have your information shared with Event Sponsors. Partners and Sponsors may use your contact data to keep you informed of products, services and offerings by telephone or by email. You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each such email. Such information shared with Partners and Sponsors includes your registration information provided for each Event (not including any user account authentication information), and user engagement information as collected through interactions with Sponsor, Partner, or other content provided on The Site.
We may also share your Personal Information with Service providers under contract who help with our business operations such as we may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products and services to you. We may also share your Personal Information with third parties under confidentiality agreement, if we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.
